Top tip!
You need an internet connection while using the Ella app to make sure all information is up to date. To make bookings and see salons on the map, the app also need to access your phones GPS location while you’re using it. Allow push notifications if you want real time booking updates and make sure you never miss an appointment. We will send booking and payment updates to your registered email address. We take your privacy seriously and would never share your personal details with any third party.
